I emailed an email listed on warner bros site twice since getting the pack in December. I have not tested the standard Blu-ray films.** ** The pack comes with 8, 4k Blu-ray disks and 8, regular Blu-ray discs. I've watched other movies on the player since and no issues. Something about these movies isn't right. My player has never skipped movies other than these. Loaned movies to a friend for testing, skips on his player too. To troubleshoot I have done the following: Movie 6: Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince - 4k Movie 4: Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire - 4k Movie 3: Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban - 4k Movie 2: Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets - 4k This occurs in most of the movies, but mostly evidently in the ones listed below. Problem: The movies freeze for 30-60 seconds and then skip to 2-4 minutes later. Unfortunately my Harry Potter 8-film collection disk are faulty. please let me know if I should post it in another community.
